Gottaseedvds SUCKS!!! BOYCOTT THEM!

I ordered a dvd through Gottaseedvds in late July 2012.After over a month, they have still failed to either send the dvd or explain the reason for the non-shipment.

I have already reported this to the Better Business Bureau; will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office and may also have to file a claim with small claims court. Also, I am asking the public to boycott this business. They simply do not care about their customers' satisfaction - all they appear to do is take your money and ignore you.

Seems like fraud to me.The absolute worst dvd company I have ever tried to work with.

Gottaseedvds - Can't good contact number.

I ordered a tape from gottaseedvds and haven't received it.I cannot find a good contact phone number to inform them or find out if it has been shipped.

Ihave been searching online and will continue to search to find decent contact info. I printed ou my receipt and have an order number but no other contact info is available. They have my money and now I want the merchandise or a refund. My next action is to contact BBB or to see what can be done.

They have to be registered somewhere if others have done business with them.And if this web sight can't help I really didn't need to write this to vent.

Similar complaint to above, was charged for a film that was not received. No response to multiple emails.

Ordered a DVD from Gottaseedvds a wk before Halloween-multiple requests during 30 day period un-ansewered-canceled order-seller finally responded*-notice of shipment 12/3 even AFTER cancellation-did not receive till 12/21-I would have refused & sent it back BUT I figured the refund process would probably not be handled well also-poor quality copy from vhs slp with some commercials & scifi channel logo in corner-last draw was label "bubbling up & jamming DVD in machine-

* the seller had a death in the family-having been thru a similar situation I can sympathize BUT if you CAN'T take care of your customers effectively A refund should have been give right away-to compensate for the delay items should have been sent USPS Priority Mail-no cover art & cheap DVD case -this had all the earmarks of a slip shod amateur operation-Being a fan of hard to find films this transaction was in the bottom 1/3 in comparison to others-will not return
